If I have a W-2 employer who takes health, dental and vision premiums from my check, can I still deduct these premiums since I am also self-employed.

Deductions & credits

If they are pre-tax deductions, you have already received the tax benefit of paying for the policies and cannot claim them a second time.

However, if they are after-tax deductions, you can claim them as self-employed health insurance to the extent of your business profits.
