I am attaching a post from ChrisJ for your reference. You don't need to amend your Minnesota return to complete the M1PR. Click here:

I know how to file it, I need to change it before I file. I was audited last year and the state changed something on last years. That makes the numbers on this years form incorrect. Thanks

The MN Property Tax Refund is based on your 2019 tax return, the one you are filing right now (or filed within the last couple of months). An audit of your 2018 tax return (filed a year ago) would not affect your current Property Tax Refund.
Or are you saying you filed one last year, and now you need to amend your Property Tax Refund that you filed a year ago? If so, you can't do that through TurboTax. You need to manually file a M1PRX for last year.

My property tax refund from 2018 changed after I filed my taxes last year. Therefore, my data imported into my 2019 property tax refund is wrong. My 2018 status is done, I'd like to get my 2019 file correct

I need to file a M1PRX, amended property tax refund form. Is that in Turbo Tax?
