Form 1116 never prompts me to enter my foreign tax paid

I worked overseas for almost a full year, but just under 330 days. Because of this, I have to file form 1116 to receive a deduction for my foreign taxes paid, rather than the foreign earned income exclusion. However, when I go through the process for form 1116 on TT, it never allows me to enter my foreign taxes paid anywhere. There are no prompts that allow me to do so. How do  I fix this so that I can include my foreign taxes paid? Also, if I paid more in taxes overseas than I would have in the US, should I still owe taxes to the US? Thank you.
