Are you using a Mac and/or VPN?
If you are using a VPN, you will need to disable and try downloading from ItsDeductible again.
For Mac users, try to uninstall and reinstall your TurboTax software.

Your response does not address the original posted specific error code. This solution did not resolve the issue.

For whatever reason, I get "Access Denied" when trying to access that FAQ link, but it probably would have been useless anyway.
I just fixed it by getting off my home network and hopping on the unsecured xfinitywifi network. It was a total random try. We have no VPN or anything fancy, just typical home network security. Maybe go to a Starbucks or something until they get this fixed...

I am getting this same error message ... I am using a mac, and have deleted the keychain entries when I had that problem at first where I would never be prompted for my login information from its deductible. Now I can get past that, and keep getting this error: "The operation couldn’t be completed. (com.intuit.turbotax.tpskit.errordomain error 6.)". I don't have a VPN, but I am using an eero mesh router, w/ security features turned on. I turned them off, tried again, but still had no luck ... Why would I be able to successfully download something from a bank institution, but not from its deductible?
It would figure, that this year I have a lot of information that I have added that would need to import and now there are problems - please give me some other solutions if you have them. Thanks.
