Will i include my children's interest income from the savings account they have that we put money on?

It depends. If the children's interest income was less than $2,200, you do not need to report it and they do not need to report it.
Unearned income over $2,200 would require the child to file Form 8615 if you claimed the child as a dependent, or you could include the unearned income.
