You can delete your daycare provider information by deleting form 2441- Child

• Login to your TurboTax online account

• Click the Take me to my return

• Click My Account > Tools; A pop up window will appear

• Click Delete a form.

• Click Delete next to Form 2441 - Child and Dependent Care Expenses
