On my 1098 Form in line 3 mortgage origination date it is saying 9/16/19 is not a valid date what do I do?

The best thing to do is to contact the lender and ask them to issue a corrected Form 1098.
If you do not enter the 1098 as it is, that may affect the amount of deductible interest.
You also may receive correspondence from the IRS regarding the 1098.

@M-foreman31 , please check the format of the date entry required by TurboTax. Perhaps you need to enter as 09 followed by 16 followed by 2019. That should work ( the software has to allow for the mortgage start year of 1919 vs. 2019 and hence the four digit entry ).
