It's hard to tell just based on what you're calling the vehicle, but if it's listed at IRC 30D New Qualified Plug-In Electric Drive Motor Vehicle Credit, then it would be eligible for the Qualified Plug-in Electric Drive Motor Vehicle Credit on Form 8936.
