We were flood victims who were homeless and living out of hotel for 153 days. We lost everything! Are there any forms that I should fill out pertaining to this?

If you are flood victims in a federally declared disaster area then you can file a casualty loss on Form 4684 Casualty Loss and Thefts. This link is to the FEMA page for Disaster Declarations by Year. If you are not covered by one of the disaster areas then you can not file Form 4684.
If you have insurance check with your insurance company for any assistance they may be able to provide.
