Remove the email and enter it again. Ensure there are no spaces before or after the email. 

I have a similar issue with the Ohio Information Worksheet.

When attempting to submit and file, I get a message which reads, "Taxpayer First Name should not be entered directly on the Ohio Information Worksheet for electronica filing You must complete the Federal Information Worksheet."

When I remove the first name, and then try to proceed, I get another message stating the exact opposite, that I SHOULD enter the name on the Ohio Information Worksheet.

I cannot for the life of me get around this. It keeps going in circles with these two messages, and I cannot sumbit or get pass this part to file.

PLEASE HELP!!!!!
