My State Form states "Do Not File", "File not complete". Don't understand. Will make refund be filed by the State of RI or does there need to have adjustments made?
I am requiring as to whether or not my RI Tax from will be filed seeing there is a Note on it that state "Do Not File", "File Not Complete? Please respond.
The "File Not Complete" could be due to state forms not being ready just yet. Please see the FAQ link provided below on when RI state forms will be available:
