Alabama Gov. Kay Ivey announced Monday that the deadline for filing state income taxes has been moved from April 15 to July 15. This deferment applies to all taxpayers, including individuals, trusts and estates, corporations and other non-corporate tax filers.

When will the software be updated for the new filing day for Alabama?

The Alabama state personal income tax return is due the same date as the federal personal income tax return, on July 15, 2020 for the 2019 filing year. I'm not sure when that will be reflected in the TurboTax program.
