My employer sent my state tax to Indiana instead of Ohio due to a system glitch for 3 months. How do I get my money from Indiana? I was not living nor working there.

State tax filing
You have to file an IN non resident return for a full refund.
Ohio will not give you a credit for tax paid to other states by mistake..

State tax filing
And on the IN non-resident return, be sure to indicate zero Indiana income.
