Line 4 of NYC-208 asks if you live in public housing or other tax-exempt property.
The management of your housing facility can tell you if the facility is completely exempt from paying real property taxes. If you mark the Yes box on line 4, you cannot claim this credit.
If you don't live in public housing or tax-exempt property, check NO.If you DO live in public housing or tax-exempt property, check YES.
