I do not see a credit of this type specifically for Native Americans in Oklahoma, also there are some other tax benefits affecting Native Americans. For example, an employer in Oklahoma can get up to a $4,000 for hiring a Native American. And I believe that Native Americans working on their own tribal lands can get exemptions of income from state tax.
