Click on the Federal Taxes tab, then Deductions & Credits, then scroll down to Estimates & Other Taxes Paid and select Estimates.

You'll land on the Estimated Taxes page where you'll see various categories for federal, state, and local estimates.  Just select State estimated taxes for 2016 and enter your amounts paid (you can change the dates to reflect when you made the payments).
