My VA state tax was accepted, but VA shows it was not delivered. What happened?

Turbo Tax shows my VA state tax file was accepted. But VA does not show that I filed my return. What happened?

When checking the VA tax website, be sure to enter just the amount of your state refund, not the combined Federal + State figure that TT gives you.

Just like the feds, the state look up feature can be offline or behind ... check back on a different day.
