I live in Washington state. I work for a law firm in Florida and telecommute. I am unsure of how to complete the "did either of you have an income from another state"
You should select "No" since your place of work is actually Washington. Since neither Washington nor Florida have state income taxes, you do not have to pay for or file a state tax return.
