I do not see anywhere on form 709 to put the lifetime exclusion so does that mean I just do not send in any money for the amount over $14,000?

I do not see anywhere on form 709 to put the lifetime exclusion so does that mean I just do not send in any money for the amount over $14,000?
I know the lifetime exclusion covers me, I just don't see where I put it on the form 709
