What tax year are you looking at where the Federal indicates Pending and the State indicates Started?

State tax filing
Ok ... take a seat. If you have filed the 2017 federal return today you must now WAIT until the federal return has been either accepted or rejected BEFORE you will be able to do anything in your account. Until then the account is FROZEN. Good news the IRS just announced that they will start accepting returns the 29th of this month so you only have 24 days to wait. You should always file the fed & state together but since you didn't you will have to wait. If the return is rejected you can make the corrections and complete the state return then and file them together this time. If it is accepted then you will be able to log in and complete the state return and efile it on it's own.
