I want to make sure I have accounted for my unemployment taxes and income. Does turbo tax capture this automatically so I don't enter anything?

State tax filing
No, TurboTax does not automatically account for your unemployment income. If you received unemployment income during 2018 then you should have received a Form 1099-G to report the amount you received. If you have not received this form then you will need to contact the unemployment office and find out how to get one. You may be able to log into your account and print the form.
Once you have Form 1099-G, follow the directions below to enter it in TurboTax.
