@penv I was referring to James's response, where he indicated that the form showed the proper 2023 on it.
I was saying that the display in Forms Mode, doesn't always print out that way....even though it is supposed to.
For yourself, you could always go to the VA DOR income tax website and get their PDF download of the proper 2023 760-PMT to fill out and mail with your check

Or use the VA E-payment site itself and ignore the paper-mail process:
