Yes. As long as you don't owe anything, your fees can be taken out of your refund. However, please be advised that if you select this option, you will be charged a $34.99 refund processing fee by the bank that handles the transaction. If you need to change your payment option:
- Log in to your online account, and then click on the Take Me to My Return
- Click on the File tab at the end and then click on Start (or Revisit) next to Step 1.
- Click on View Payment Options at the bottom.
- Here you'll be able to either click Pay by Card and avoid the extra fee or Pay With Refund to have the payments taken out of your refund
