Did you e-file successfully? If so, unless you received a message that there were additional forms to mail in you are likely done.

Then yes, if you chose the mail option you will need to mail your return to the IRS. The following website has specific instructions where to mail your returns:

Okay so since I did the 1040ez on turbo tax then filed out the whole thing online did the whole process on there then they said I'm ready and good to go. I have to download this file thing cuz I refuse to do the e file so now I would have to print this file and mail it to the irs the address when I'm not making payment and that would be done with? Then I just sit and wait?

You can track your refund in multiple ways. I've entered an additional answer below with the details.

If you're seeking a Status on your refund:

You should be able to check your actual refund status at the IRS website: - https://www.irs.gov/refunds. If this site is not working for you or fails to find your Return Status, please contact TurboTax Product Support Directly and ask the Representative to assist you in determining your Status. (Instructions at the bottom of this answer).

Note:

The TurboTax "Track My Refund" tracker only gives an estimated date of deposit based off of the date the IRS received your return and then gives a date 21 days out from that day.

The IRS "Where's My Refund" tracker shows the progress of your return with the IRS. It has three steps:

  1. Received(IRS has acknowledged receipt of the return and is being processed),
  2. Approved(IRS has processed the return and a release date is provided) and
  3. Sent(the funds have been released)
TurboTax has no control over the processing speed of the IRS.
