After you file

this is a user's forum, not really customer support.

But they won't do conversions for you.

If the client doesn't have the PDF's himself.........If only one state is involved .....You may be better off just buying Deluxe or Premier downloads from Amazon for 2013, 14, 15

(they may have 2012, but I don't know if you can get software updates....or even if it is updated, you have to download the state part and that may not be available)

Problem :  IF the tax datafile is from the TTX  professional software, the file won't open with the Consumer tax software.   The former Accountant should have been using the Pro-series or Lacerte software.....but if he/she was perhaps fudging with the Consumer software, then it would work.

You'd have to find a contact for them and call to see if they can do what you ask....or give you a contact in your area that uses the professional software that, if you have a good relationship with that "competitor"......you could get them to convert.
