Did the release go out on March 29th, as planned? Do you have instructions on how to take advantage of the new update?

I downloaded the most recent updates, however, have not done my return yet but assume that the update included the new 80% W/H level to avoid any penalties.  The new update should apply automatically if you have paid at least 80% of your 2018 tax, i.e., no penalty applied.
