What is the process when you owe taxes? Does IRS have to process it for 21 days like it does if you have a return?
Does IRS have to accept it? Is their a date given for when I should pay or is it the tax deadline? Is their a way to check on the withdraw date like WMR. Does IRS just take out if use direct deposit and have to just calculate it alongside checkbook?

After you file
If you owe tax, you need to pay it by the 04/18/2016. You can choose direct debit, and you can choose the date for the tax to be debited from your account. If you give a date before the due date, the amount due will be withdrawn on that date. There's nothing similar to WMR for payments.
You can also print out a voucher, Form 1040-V, in TurboTax, and mail a check, postmarked by 04/18/2016.
