Not from TurboTax. They have not yet made any announcement about refund advances for this year, but here's how it worked in past years. TurboTax only offers a refund advance after you file your tax return and the IRS has accepted it, which can't happen until sometime in late January. And you can't request an advance or apply for one. You can only get it if TurboTax offers it to you after you file your tax return.
