What do I do if my refund went to an account thats not mine?

I looked at a document that stated the refund went to an account number that did not belong to me. Is it possible to even get this back?

After you file

If you requested to have the TurboTax account fees deducted from your federal tax refund, the IRS will send the refund to a third party processor to have the fees and the service charge deducted. The third party processor will deduct the TurboTax fees plus the service charge and then attempt to direct deposit the remaining refund balance into the account that you entered on your tax return.

For the status of your tax refund you will need to contact the third party processor, Santa Barbara Tax Product Group, using their website - https://www.sbtpg.com/

That account number on the form 1040 and the filing instruction page is the temporary account set up at the processing bank to receive the refund from the IRS and is closed once it performs it's function.  As already mentioned you must contact the processing bank if the IRS site says the refund was released.
