If you did not prepare a 2019 New York tax return, you cannot use TurboTax Online to prepare it now. You have to use the CD/Download TurboTax software for 2019. If you used the CD/Download TurboTax software for your 2019 federal tax return, and you still have the software installed, just open your federal return and click the State Taxes tab to start your state return.
