I have called them multiple times. Now there isn’t even a que. It just said due to high call volumes and hangs up. It says the same message when I call the tax advocate numbers. It’s about to be a whole year And it’s time to file again. Honestly not sure if I want to file in any hurry for fear that it will be on hold again. I’ve requested transaction records a few months ago. And it’s literally them adding and subtracting a stimulas check that I didn’t receive. It looks like they aren’t sure if I got it or not. Which I haven’t. It’s just frustrating that after a year of where’s my refund saying processing it’s now saying there’s no info and for me to double check my info.
