I’ve called several times and gotten no results. Just told to keep waiting. Now when I call I can’t get anyone. They are airways experiencing high call volume. I also called tax advocate and they are also unavailable. I’m starting to get frustrated because it’s now time to file again and I still have nothing from IRS.
