There is no payback for 2020 taxes.  TurboTax normally creates the form when you enter your 1095-A.  Because of 2020 law change, 8962 is not needed this year.

The 8962 will be populated when you enter the 1095-A information and it will be included in the return however any repayment will not be applied.
