corrupt legal thieves. is this a sad joke?
don't you people think if people could pay upfront to do their taxes, they would have? it's pretty obvious people choose to have it taken out of their return because that's when they'll have money to pay it. It's hilarious that when using you guys to file my taxes i was told none of this would happen. if there were going to be delays, and reduces and such, why not tell us that? nope. just file our taxes, take our money and we can just get bent? crazy to me that it's been 6 months and my refund is still "processing"..
then you guys wanna sit there and copy and paste your CoC and ToS and whatever else, like everyone reads that crap everytime. Hmmm, maybe your "experts" could have given us a heads up? nah, play it shady and corrupt as all get out and then send en email saying you want your 45$... have fun taking those funds from an account that has no money in it because no refund THAT YOU PEOPLE DID has shown up yet. I will not only never use turbo tax again but i am making it my mission to make sure no one around me uses you, people, either. we have to wait an "x" amount of time because of a multitude of issues that could have happened, one being mistakes done on your side. i had you my w2... ONE FLIPPING DOCUMENT and you morons screw it up so now i'll probably never see my refund. but no worries, you all up in my emails about that 45$. I can tell you rn, you people will not receive a cent from me. Corrupt apes.

crazy to me that it's been 6 months and my refund is still "processing". the problem is with the IRS not Turbotax. millions are awaiting their refunds and that includes taxpayers who used other online software and even pros.
since Turbotax is do-it-yourself software, most errors are those made by the taxpayer and not Turbotax's computations.
use a different app next year but if there's a fee you'll end up agreeing to the same provisions. pay out of your refund or they'll charge your bank account or credit card.

Nah bro. Sure the IRS is to blame to, but so are you people. I've made the same amount for the past 10 years and I've never been charged by you guys and except one time and it was taken out of my refund. All of a sudden this year millions are getting boned and you people play ignorant the whole time. Not only did you people know and not speak up. But you shady charged for services that should have been free to begin with and then wanna charge people knowing now that millions aren't getting their refund? Get bent.

This is a user community forum--not a direct route to TurboTax Support--so your comments are not being read by the folks at TurboTax. If you wish to speak to folks at TurboTax Support, here's how:
FAQ: What is the TurboTax phone number?
https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/using-turbotax/help/what-is-the-turbotax-phone-number/00/25632
Hours are currently 5AM-5PM Pacific (8AM-8PM Eastern) Monday-Friday.
Or if you want to email a comment that will read by Intuit, here's how:
To contact the Intuit corporate office you can go to the page below. Just below the page's large title, you'll see a screen-wide blue banner that prominently says:
"Do you have a question, concern, or feedback about an Intuit product or service?"
There is a "Send an email" link with an arrow. It goes to a designated person in the office of the President (of Intuit), and they supposedly will assign it to the right team for review.

NOTE: Do NOT send any sensitive personal data since that is regular email--not secure email.

If you chose to pay your product fees out of your Federal refund, and if your refund has been delayed, and TurboTax has sent you an email saying they plan to debit your bank account for the product fees, you can phone them to ask for a deferment. If you want a deferment, you must contact them by the Tuesday prior to your debit date.
See this FAQ that explains the process. The first paragraph of the FAQ has a special phone number if you have a question or have a hardship and need to ask for a deferment.
Hours are 5AM-5 PM Pacific (8AM-8PM Eastern), Mon-Fri.
If you need to ask for a deferment, you should call them as soon as possible. Once they actually start the debit process, they say they can't stop it.
FAQ: Why was my bank account auto-debited for the TurboTax fees?
The first paragraph there says:
If you’re in need of assistance, call us by the Tuesday prior to your debit date at 1-888-808-1723 to speak with a trained specialist and mention “auto-debit”, or visit TurboTax Support.
