@Nana612 First, determine if your return accepted by the IRS or rejected so they are not working on your return. Log into your TurboTax account and verify that your return was accepted.
- If rejected, correct the error, following the instructions with the rejection and submit again.
- If accepted, check the IRS website to check the status of your return. You must enter the primary SSN, filing status, and the gross amount of the refund. You may also call IRS @ 1-800-829-1040. The gross amount is what is on your actual tax form, not what you may receive after fees, etc.
