Why didn't I receive the Stimulus rebate credit, I claimed it on my 2020 Taxes?

I checked eligibility and I qualify and I still didn't receive the 2nd or third stimulus. I double checked my return and it states that $600 is refundable yet I didn't receive it. Im confused as to the issue
