The return is completed.  We are going to wrap up.  There's a review and then I'm back to the wrap up and then the review again over and over.

Are you still trying this from a kindle?

If you are trying to file from a Kindle, it will not work as that is not supported. You can, however, access your account via an iPhone, Android or computer to complete your return

Log out of TurboTax, clear your cache and cookies.  Log back into TurboTax and go back to the review or skip it and file.

You can also try using a different browser.
