Rejected tax return
Twice on the 17th my return has been rejected for the dreaded identity pin. I put it in the first time but now the email from intuit says to open the return and fix it. Can’t see where to fix it as I have the cd version on my computer. Can’t check online. Any suggestions? Can I call intuit directly? Will I be penalized now that it has been rejected?
