Did you receive an email letting you know if you were approved for the refund advance?
If you qualify for Refund Advance and are approved for the Turbo Visa Debit Card1, you’ll be notified by email of the approved amount and you’ll be able to start spending online, typically within 48 hours of the IRS accepting your return.
If you weren’t approved, you will receive an email from First Century Bank, N.A. with the reason for denial and contact information if you have additional questions about the decision.

If your card has been lost or stolen you can click here to report it lost/stolen. They will cancel your current card, transfer the remaining balance to a new card, and then mail it out to you at the address on file.

Refund advance does it show if I got approved are not cuz I always do so seeing what’s up gave all my bank info so won’t get a card and looked through all my mail junk and all never heard a yes are no
