Password reset issues

To whom it may concern,

 

I am having trouble login to my account. I have sent codes to my email address on file to reset my password. The Intuit system is redirecting me for double reification. I have given all of my personal information. I am military and live overseas so my address and phone number has changed. I tried using a US based phone number to verify my account and I am still getting flagged. I am not sure what else is their for me to do?
