Hello all and Happy New Year's Eve!
I fully understand the potential scope of delays caused by COvid 19 regarding mailed tax returns & amended returns, etc, but I wanted to check in to see if others are still waiting and for how long?
Perhaps this will offer some comfort of the fact that I am too, still waiting.
My amended return was mailed July 20, 2020
That was 24 weeks, or 164 days, ago.
My status on Where is My Amended Return https://sa.www4.irs.gov/wmar/

Your amended return information is currently unavailable in this application.
I guess we can all throw comments and ideas below on what we think about all this!?
ps: It's ironic to me this is the first tax filing I did with the online free version since I was having too much trouble with the Mac CD-Rom edition, and I missed the 1095-A Healthcare Marketplace Form that caused the amended requirement.
