What? I’m asking why didn’t TurboTax didn’t allow my bank account to be deducted from my account for state, which federal already did week later. So basically they failed in that, I put in my bank account to deduct the money I owed to federal and state. As state irs said they re seeing this issues lately so I have to get hold of live person to figure out what is going on with my filing and why didn’t it deduct my bank account to pay my state I owe.
