After you file

@AdamAtondo You are posting to a user forum.  This is not live chat.  You posted three times but have not clearly explained your problem.  You say something about 2014---did you include 2014 income on a 2019 tax return?  If so that was a mistake.  Each tax year must be prepared separately using the forms and software that are specific to the tax year in which the income was received.  If you forgot or did not file a return for 2014, it is too late to get a tax refund for 2014.

The current online software is only for a 2019 return.  You have not told us whether you filed the return.  Did you e-file it?  Was it accepted?  Or did you mail it?   No one else can fix your mistake for you. No one else has access to your return.  We cannot see it.  We need a clearer understanding of exactly what you did so we can tell you what to do next.
