Hey i was jist qonderinf have you also checked into WIC, their income requirements are not as stringent. I know theu dont count military bah etc...
I also think of you are a financial bind regardless of income they will provide services. Formula and milk for the home is the big big perks of wic. We have been on wic with every kid!!! Good luck!!
