It does take longer than 4 days.  The IRS states that once your return is accepted & you e-filed, the normal time is within 21 days (business days).  That 21 days now can take longer since the IRS has been closed due to Covid-19 & they are behind.

Was your return accepted?  If your return was accepted, TurboTax does not get any other information once a return is accepted.  Only the IRS would know why.  You can check the IRS website, Where's My Refund, for your Federal information.
