I think that Turbo Tax needs to stop putting it all on the IRS and accept there responsibility
I think them withdrawing out $80.00 out of our checking account in a pandemic time when 40 million Americans are unemployed is not only wrong but should be illegal and watch when your check finally does get processed Turbo Tax will take another $80.00 out even though they claim they won't do that
I called them explained my refund has not been process yet from the IRS they apologized this was back at the end of April they extended it and took it out anyway on May 15th like two weeks later
It's like we need this stress added to our problems when they are a part of this problem also they just don't accept that they have done any wrong in this
