After you file

This is mainly a user community forum, not a direct route to TurboTax Support.  You're welcome to phone TurboTax Support, but they won't be able to tell you anything about what the IRS is doing.    Once you have confirmed that the IRS has your return and is processing it, the folks at TurboTax receive no further information about your return.

FAQ: What is the TurboTax phone number?

ADDENDUM:  In another comment below that follows this answer, I left info on how to use your Live TurboTax feature that you paid extra for.

I presume you are referring to this IRS "Where's My Refund" tool, and that it says your return is still "being processed."

Only the IRS will know what all they are doing with your return.  Normally you'd be able to phone them to inquire about the delay, but the IRS live assistance call centers have been closed due to the Coronavirus situation.  I don't know if they will be open next week or not.

However, you can phone the IRS Taxpayer Advocate Service for assistance.  They are still taking phone calls, at least in most states.   At the following IRS website, find the USA map and click on your state, and it will give you the number of your IRS Taxpayer Advocate for your area.
