Once you receive approval for the Turbo Prepaid Visa® Card, please allow 5-10 business days (excluding holidays and weekends) for arrival via USPS.  If 10 business days have passed and you have not received your personalized card, please call Customer Service at (888) 285-4169, or contact online at TurboPrepaidCard.com.
