Trying to submit return today but the scanband will not print on CA 568. How do I resolve?
When I open the form and click print to preview at the bottom and print, it includes the Scanband Smart Worksheet but does not populate the Scanband. How do I correct?

Can you confirm if you are E-Filing or mailing your return?
E-Filing:
- If you are E-Filing, even if the information doesn't come up in a print preview the information will be submitted to the IRS when your return is submitted.
Mailed Return:
- If you are printing and mailing your return, just try printing the specific page to see if you are still having an issue?
Note, that for security purposes some information isn't visible during a print preview, but the information will show up when you print the final version of the form to send to the IRS.

No - I had to manually key the data into a form from CA's FTB website so I could print and mail that.

The problem is with the Turbo Tax form as it is not populating the scanband. I can price the documents no problem but the scanband area is blank.
