Same thing. No update. I filled and was approved on 1/31. Same message. So depressing already.

I just read the update is between 330 am and 630 am this morning. Hopefully that’s correct!!

I shouldn't complain I filed 2/9, but what worries me it just in lingo.....no bars no deposit date, just processing. Never in all my years of filing have I seen the status bar missing. I hope you all who file earlier get some response.

It’s posted all over WMR Facebook page. In the comments sections. They have pictures showing the times and people are talking about it now.

Just type in WHERES MY REFUND in Facebook searchbar. Can’t miss it. Logo says where’s my refund and says Tax Updates. Just click on different posts and look at comments 🙂

Where’s My Refund? is available almost all of the time. However, our system is not available every Monday, early, from 12:00 am (Midnight) to 3:00 am Eastern Time.

Our Refund Trace feature is not available during the following times (Eastern Time):

Sunday: 12:00 am (Midnight) to 7:00 pm
Monday: 12:00 am (Midnight) to 6:00 am
Tuesday: 3:30 am to 6:00 am
Wednesday: 3:30 am to 6:00 am
Thursday: 3:30 am to 6:00 am
Friday: 3:30 am to 6:00 am
Saturday: 3:30 am to 6:00 am and 9:00 pm to Midnight
Also, occasionally our system may be unavailable on Sundays between 1:00 am and 7:00 am Eastern Time.

That would make sense then. The time it isn’t traceable is the time the big uploads happen.
